La Couvertoirade to Roquefort-sur-Soulzon

La Couvertoirade then stands in your path, recalling a past full of mystery and chivalry. The Templar castle of this fortified village is a must. Strolling through its streets, you can almost hear the echoes of the Templars who once populated these places.

Going a little further north, Saint-Jean-et-Saint-Paul offers you a peaceful stopover, before reaching the cradle of the most famous cheese in France: Roquefort-sur-Soulzon . If you feel like it, a little tasting of the precious blue cheese might be in order.

Saint-Affrique to Lacaune

Continuing towards Saint-Affrique , this picturesque town will seduce you with its dynamism and its heritage, of which the Saint-Christophe church elegantly stands out.

Brousse-le-Château to Millau

Finally, after crossing Saint-Victor-et-Melvieu , you will return to Millau, where this exceptional walk began.
